Victoria is a retired Judge of the High Court of Tanzania. She has returned to VELMA Law, as a Consultant having served the Judiciary of Tanzania for 9 years from 2015 to 2023. Before becoming a High Court Judge, she was a senior partner at 2 major law firms in Dar es Salaam and then at VELMA Law, which she started with Nicholas Zervos in 2012.

Victoria holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam (1992), and she advises on commercial litigation and arbitration, land law, employment law and labour relations, immigration and citizenship law, and corporate law.

Victoria is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society, the East Africa Law Society, Tanzania Retired Judges Association, Tanzania Women Judges Association and Tanzania Women Lawyers Association. Victoria is fluent in English and Kiswahili.
